During his reign, Chandrababu Naidu became the ultimate king of corruption. He allowed corruption to thrive in the state while he enjoyed various kickbacks. Land scams and irrigation projects mishandling was the highlight of his career as the CM of divided Andhra Pradesh. He and his party people were busy making money off the projects while the citizens suffered. It was no surprise that TDP lost the election in 2019. CAG even termed AP as the most corrupt state in the country.
